About the Journal
Dangiang Journal of Administration and Management (DJAM) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published monthly by Dangiang Publications. DJAM provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and professionals to disseminate original research and critical perspectives in administration and management.
